DESCRIPTION:[button color=”undefined” hover_text_color_override=”undefined” url=”https://ti.to/epa/circular-economy-conference-2021/registrations/pBTpe3th1JUk1UclLJ9K6RQ” text=”Register Here” color_override=””]\nEPA Circular Economy Conference 2021\nThe EPA’s national Circular Economy Conference will be streamed via a web-based app on 15 & 16 September. \nThe event will run over two half days. \nRegistered delegates can access the event programme on tablets\, laptops\, or desktop devices. \nIn a circular economy\, waste and resource use are minimised\, the value of products and materials is maintained for as long as possible through good design\, durability and repair\, and when a product has reached end-of-life\, its parts are recycled to create new and useful products. \nThis online event will be an opportunity to learn about recent developments in the circular economy and the opportunities and challenges in implementing a circular economy in Ireland. \nThere will be opportunities to network\, communicate with fellow attendees\, and participate in polling and Q&A sessions. \nThe programme is being finalised and will be announced in the coming weeks.

Across its 66 manufacturing plants and 57 R&D centres\, it employs 64\,000 people. \nCNH Industrial sees WCM as a “road map to continuous improvement\, plotted through the elimination of waste\, whether it be time\, quality or material. It is of vital importance to all of us in terms of business strategy and company results“. \nCNH Industrial uses 460 tools and methods including: 5S\, 5W1H\, TWTTP HERCA\, Kaizen\, Spaghetti Chart\, LUTI\, PPA\, DOE\, TOC\, FIFO\, QA Matrix\, VSM\, Risk Prediction\, O&R\, IPS\, TRIZ. Periodic audits are used to evaluate a selection of WCM pillars. 2 plants are ‘Gold’ standard\, 16 have won ‘Silver’ and 28 have been awarded ‘Bronze’. \nDuring September’s Lean Café session\, Fabio Piccinelli\, Francesco Russo & Magali Buclon (all WCM Senior Specialists at CNH Industrial) will explain CNH Industrial’s WCM strategy and how it applies world-class manufacturing principles throughout its organisation and will react to your comments and questions.
