DESCRIPTION:The South West Lean Forum is delighted to announce their next Lunch Time Bites event. \nLean Problem Solving \nwith Pat O’Donnell\, Director of Operational Excellence\, Leading Edge Group.\nPat will discuss how involving everyone in the process and using data can lead to better problem solving. He qualified from University College Galway in Industrial Engineering and Information Systems in 1995 and is a Lean Black Belt. From there he took up a position in Intel at a period of significant growth and was involved in the startup of Fab 14 in a capacity and capital role. After spending a number of years in Australia\, Pat moved into the role of Senior Lean Consultant with Leading Edge Group. Since then\, he has worked with a wide variety of clients across all business sectors\, private & public\, manufacturing\, supply chain and services industries\, to identify and define customer value and realise savings and improve effectiveness to meet customer demands. He has also facilitated and delivered numerous Lean Yellow and Green Belt training programmes. Pat has a passion for improvement achieved through listening to clients and customers and working with them to develop and implement lasting tailor-made solutions.[/two_thirds]
