DESCRIPTION:[button color=”undefined” hover_text_color_override=”undefined” url=”https://www.linkedin.com/events/lean-theshingomodel6878669460186664960/” text=”Register Here” color_override=”#27ccc0″]\nWe are delighted to announce our first webinar for the Dublin Lean Network for 2022.   \nLEAN & THE SHINGO MODEL\nEilish Henry is the Director for Europe of SISU Consulting Group. She is experienced in business delivery\, organisational change in particular cultural change\, including both design and implementation. Her focus is on ensuring the sustainability of improvements by securing real “buy-in” and ownership at all levels of the client business. She is a Shingo Examiner and is highly experienced in assessing organisations against Global Enterprise Excellence frameworks. \nShe was the first Shingo global coach and facilitator appointed in Europe\, and over the past 12 years she has supported 37 organisations to achieve all levels of Shingo recognition. This includes all but one of Ireland’s Shingo Award Recipients. In particular\, she has supported 12 out of the 20 most recent Shingo Prize recipients. In 2004 she was awarded the Order of the British Empire (OBE) for her work in leading large cultural change programs in the UK public sector. \nThe webinar is free for companies based in Dublin – please register below to join the Dublin Lean Network and to attend the webinar. \nClick Here to Register for the Dublin Lean Network \nEilish Henry has supported many Shingo Prize recipients including Abbott Clonmel\, Sligo\, Singapore Abbott | Diagnostics Longford\, AbbVie Sligo\, ANSC Granada\, Teva Pharmaceuticals Baldoyle\, DePuy Synthes Cork\, NEWSPRINTERS (EUROCENTRAL) LIMITED Motherwell\, Boston Scientific Cork. \nEilish has also assisted in judging the Lean Business Ireland awards in 2019.
