DESCRIPTION:On 21st September\, Alexion Pharmaceuticals have invited members of the Dublin Lean Network to visit Alexion Pharmaceuticals. \nCiaran has over 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in roles across Quality Control\, Operations\, Continuous Improvement and Learning and Development as is currently Innovation and Learning Lead in Alexion Pharmaceuticals. He holds BScs in Applied Biology and Technology Management from DIT and an MSc in Organizational Psychology from DCU. \nAbout Alexion Pharmaceuticals \nThe mission of Alexion Pharmaceuticals is to improve the lives of people suffering from rare diseases and other debilitating conditions by developing and delivering novel medicines\, as well as supportive technology and healthcare services. \nTheir culture is founded on integrity\, inclusion\, and a commitment to participating in and supporting the communities in which they live and work.
