In this role\, Tara is responsible for leading a team promoting and embedding continuous improvement as a “Way of Working” across the NTMA\, and its affiliate organisations\, using Lean thinking for problem solving with teams. \nPrior to joining the NTMA\, he has worked in the High Technology and Aviation sectors holding senior roles in global supply chain operations\, change management\, quality system management and aerospace engineering operations. \nTara is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Licensed Aircraft Engineer holding ICAO Type II ratings on a variety of both Boeing and Airbus aircraft types. FastCap was founded in 1997\, and since then\, Paul’s intense curiosity on how things could be improved paved the way for him to become a prolific innovator\, holding many US and international patents. \nFastCap launches approximately 20-30 innovative products per year and has won the Business of the Year award twice.
