Our Event Speaker is the Academic Director for the Masters in Project Management programmes at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and Managing Director of Houghton Consulting, working in AI, project & programme management and business communications. Before 2000, he ran global projects & teams for GE & other multinationals using LEAN, 6Sigma and other continuous improvement approaches.
